Broadway Merchandise Shop by Creative Goods wants you to be satisfied with your purchase; if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition items and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
